Message From Our President
June 2010

You know that the year is ticking on down and we are getting nearer to the end of it every day. We do need all of our members to think about running for any the Board Of Directors. We need new blood in there so to speak and this is the best way to see the ALNT goes in the right direction that would like to see it go.

I would like to thank Tony Sr. from Kaba for putting on a very good class a big thank you to Holly for being there and helping out when I know that she was feeling very bad. I hope that you are feeling a whole lot better now. This next Class is going to be Mark Austin from GMS and it does sound like it will be a good one.

We now have three Class Movies in the can as they say in Hollywood. We have a lot of good things coming up this year, keep looking at the calendar. We still do not have all of the bugs out of new photo ID cards but confident that we will work it out. Once ready, we let you know. We are also working a way that each of you can get your attendance records for at least three years back.

The slump is still out there in the amount work available. I know its been very bad for most of us and that goes for me to. Few cash jobs, most of the them billing and waiting for payments. Just keep on helping each other and talking between yourselves. This way you will know who needs the calls that you may not want to do. (Just another reason for an association that works) So keep in touch with each other and we all may be able to make it through these rough time's. We are all friends and I think we can all make it. It will get better!!!

Soon I hope for all of us. Dave McOmie is a very good friend of mine and we have been talking about the three days of classes coming up in November.DM and myself are looking forward to this not only for the chance to learn something new but the chance to get to see each other. I myself have drill out way to many safes to count but I know it is in the thousands.

And yes even I will learn something, too. Remember to support all of those that support us because with out them there would not be us. Also remember we do need each other.

MEMBERS ONLY SECTION OF THIS WEB SITE

ALNT members can log into the Member's Only section by clicking the "Members Only Log-In" link at the top of the left column of this page. You will need your ALNT membership number to enter.

Members Only is going to be a valuable tool for members. Some portions are still under construction, but they will be completed soon. It includes:

• Five member forums for discussion and posting information.

• Your Profile lets you make sure ALNT has your latest contact information(no one can view your information but you)

• Your Education lets you keep track of the classes you have taken.

• Change Password lets you change your Members Only password for more security. (this feature is under construction)

• Archive of ALNT Bulletins

• ALNT By-Laws

Note: Currently to add a photo to a forum message, you have to link it from another site. I know that is inconvenient for many of you. I am working on making it possible to upload photos to the ALNT site. So, please have patience. I felt it was important to get these forums up and running quickly rather than waiting until the photo upload issue was fixed.
